Are you using LineOut instead of Speakers on the back of your soundcard/motherboard? We recommend you use 3.5mm TRS earphone cable. I checked their online support page which seems to be irrelevant as the OSD is totally different. The PG348Q speakers are very weak and you will basically need to turn your Windows volume to around 90-100 to hear them...
